This agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Milaap ("Milaap," "we," or "our") that governs your use of the Milaap mobile app services (the "Service"). By using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"), whether or not you register as a member ("Member"). We may update this Agreement from time to time, and changes will take effect when posted on the mobile app. We may notify you of these changes via email or through notifications on the app. By continuing to use the Service after any modifications, you agree to the updated terms. This Agreement outlines acceptable use policies, your rights and obligations, and restrictions regarding the use of the mobile app.

If you are under 18 years old, you are not allowed to download or use our Services. We do not intentionally collect information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please ensure that your parent or guardian reviews and agrees to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Be cautious about the information you share on our Services and with other Members. Your Service profile must not include nude, violent, or offensive images or texts. The content posted by other Members may sometimes be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive, and Milaap is not responsible for such material.

We reserve the right to reject, refuse to post, or remove any content you submit, including emails. We may also restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the mobile app Services at our discretion, for any reason or none at all, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

We will notify you within the app. You are responsible for keeping yourself appraised of any such changes if you dismiss these notifications. If you object to any Terms of Service or any subsequent changes or you become dissatisfied with our Services in any way, your only option is to delete your account. Your continued use of our Services after we post revised Terms of Service means that you agree to the revisions. You must be at least 18 years old to download our Services.

Our Services are free to use, but your internet provider or mobile operator may still charge fees. Additionally, we offer in-app purchases for extra features if you wish to enhance your experience.

3. Information About Your Use of the Services

4. Content Posted on the Mobile Application

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to review, modify, or remove any content, message, photo, profile, video, audio, or other materials (collectively referred to as "Content") that you post or display on our platform.

You are entirely responsible for the Content you upload or share through our Services, including any materials or information transmitted to other users. When you post any Content to the publicly accessible areas of our mobile application or website, you grant us a non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and perform such Content across our platform, including through any media formats and distribution channels.

While we do not monitor interactions outside our platform, using information obtained through our Services to harass, harm, or solicit others is also prohibited.

By submitting suggestions or feedback to us regarding our Services, you agree that we may use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensating you.

You agree that we may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary, such as to (i) comply with legal process; (ii) enforce this Agreement; (iii) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) respond to your requests for customer service; or (v) protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company or any other person.

6. No Spam Policy

You may not engage in any activity involving spam on our Services. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of service and legal action against any spammer. Accordingly, you may not upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available junk mail, commercial advertisements, or any other form of commercial solicitation on our Services. Violations of this policy could subject you or your agents to civil and criminal penalties.

7. Modifying the Services and Termination

We are always striving to improve the Services and bring you the additional functionality that you will find useful. This means we may add new product features or enhancements from time to time as well as remove some features, and if these actions do not materially affect your rights or obligations, we may not provide you with notice before taking them. We may even suspend the Services entirely, in which event we will notify you in advance unless extenuating circumstances, such as safety or security concerns, prevent us from doing so. Certain features and services are offered for a fee. By purchasing any paid services, you agree to pay the specified price and understand that all transactions are final. Payments for premium features, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

We are not liable for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on our mobile application, whether caused by users of the platform, Members, or any equipment or software related to or used in the Service. We also do not take responsibility for the actions or behavior of any user or Member of the Service, whether they occur online or offline.

We do not accept responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of any user or Member communication. Our Services are not responsible for any issues or technical malfunctions, including those related to telephone networks, wireless devices, servers, or providers. This also includes problems caused by email failures, player errors, or technical issues, as well as any internet traffic congestion that affects the mobile application, or related services.

Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, arising from the use of the mobile application, from any Content posted or transmitted to Members, or from interactions between users, whether online or offline.

The mobile application are provided "AS-IS." We expressly disclaim any warranties, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We cannot guarantee or promise any specific outcomes or results from using the mobile application.

Additionally, we are not responsible for any third-party advertisements that appear on our Service's mobile application,. We do not assume any responsibility for the products or services provided by these advertisers.
